  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Ability to partner well with stakeholders across multiple internal functions, and Consulting teams
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

1 Contract Head Office
2 Branch Manager I To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch. Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting ,  Management,  Business Administration, Economics or related field with six(6)/Eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be as Branch manager II.

 

2 Branches under City District Offices
3 Branch Manager III To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch. Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting ,  Management,  Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

 

3 Jimma Town
4 Sr. Sanitary Engineer The position is responsible for the Development of systems for safe waste disposal, design waste handling mechanisms in compliance with regulations, and calculation of costs associated with waste management. Bachelor’s degree in Relevant engineering/Water supply, Sanitary, Hydraulics, mechanical or Civil Engineering/One year experience

as Sanitary Engineer-I or any other related work experience.

  • Extensive practical experience mainly in construction of high rise building.
  • Sanitary installation & Inspection experience on high rise building has an advantage.
  • Additional license or certification may be required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with CAD software.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.

6 Sr. Electrical Engineer The job is established with the purpose of supervising electrical work with in the allotted time, productive quality and safety standard, review and interpret the electrical specifications and assist in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment and machinery with regard to electrical appliance to improve the construction process. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering One year experience as Electrical Engineer-I or any other related work experience

  • Extensive practical experience mainly in construction of high rise building.
  • Electro mechanical installation experience on high rise building has an advantage.
  • Additional license or certification may be required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with CAD software.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction technology & management One year experience as Construction Contract

Administration Officer-I or related work experience.

  • Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards and equipment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents.
  • Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios and proportions to real scenarios.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
  • Proficiency in common office applications.
  • Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and law.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
